Walk to town in 15–30 minutes (around 45 minutes uphill home). Mountain bike trails and scenic walks start at the end of the road, plus a BBQ,Wifi,PlayStation and board games for everyone

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and 2 singles in it.
Bedroom 2 has a super king bed and two single bed.

We also have a couch in the lounge that pulls out into a comfortable double bed as well if needed .
2 bathrooms ,One bathroom up stairs and one down stairs.
Heating-
There are 2 heat pumps in the house one up stairs and one downstairs in the living area.
Plus wall heaters in every bedroom that are thermostat controlled as well to make it what ever temperature u like to sleep with.
So the house can be as warm as u want it in the winter.

Quiet at night, views everywhere you look ,good outdoor living areas, big spaces , a big back yard , and a park down stairs to kick a ball around there also swings and slide for kids.
Walking track to town and other tracks at the end of the street 1 minute walk away, bus stop at other end of street, bus comes most of the day every 15 mins
Winter time -
There are heaters in every bedroom and 2 heat pumps in living areas , very warm house.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. 1- Please respect our house and stuff
2- Leave the house the way you found it please, put all the dishes away that are clean and the ones that need cleaning in the dish washer and turn on before you leave please. Plus vacuum the house just before you leave please
3- Pull all sheets off beds and towel and place in laundry , so we know what beds have been slept in.
4- No noise out side after 10pm to keep neighbors happy.
5- no smoking inside the house.
6- take shoes off inside please.
7- guests that are booking and are not a family need to be over the age of 25 years old, to book and stay in our house.
